Darlene Miller Realtor, ABR, CRS, GRI, specializes in selling new and resale homes. She also has great skills in helping sellers market their homes. Having been licensed since 1998 and having sold several hundred homes over the course of her licensure, Darlene is committed to providing her clients with exceptional service. Amber Gloria has been a Realtor and Buyers Specialist in the Phoenix Area for over 10 years. She services clients with professionalism and integrity. Yvonne Bondanza-Whittaker is our listing agent and short sale specialist. She has been a REALTOR® since 2002. Yvonne's expertise is anything having to do with residential real estate in Phoenix, AZ and its surrounding cities. She specializes in working with sellers and spends a lot of time staying on top of all the new programs becoming available to sellers in order to serve our clients with the most up-to-date information available in this constantly changing market. Yvonne is proud to be an Arizona native and has four generations of family born and raised here! She lives in Arrowhead Ranch with her husband and four children, ages 16, 15, 14 and 4. Shannon Wellman, Realtor, is our Office Manager. Shannon joined RE/MAX in 1995 shortly after moving to Arizona from Washington, where she is originally from. Her experience includes roles as a Closing/Transaction Manager, Office Manager and General Manager for RE/MAX Professionals. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mother of their son, Kyle. Shannon loves spending time with her family & friends.
Linda has 17 years of experience, specializing in new home construction. Linda is originally from Chicago but enjoys the Arizona climate and has been here since 1991. She has been married for 24 years and has 2 daughters and 2 grandsons. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, golfing and reading and traveling.
Julie Claridge is one of our Transaction Managers. She joined us in the Summer of 2008. Julie previously worked in the home building and mortgage industries, following eight years in the retail sector. Julie adds great customer service skills and a willingness to help others. She's an Arizona native, originally from Safford, but grew up in the West Valley. Julie enjoys reading, shopping and four-wheeling.
